Marma Therapy
What is Marma Therapy?
Marma Therapy is a famous Ayurvedic practice that focuses on the light stimulation or manipulation of ‘Marma Points’ on the body. Marma Therapy helps restore the biochemical balance of your body. It also helps sustain the flow of energy throughout your body by cleansing the blocked energy. It improves your health from inside-out, making you feel relaxed and refreshed.
Marma Therapists may massage the marma points on the body using aromatic massage oils infused with herbs. This increases the benefits of Marma Therapy.
