Manual therapy is a form of therapy given by hands within a biomechanical framework. It is also known as ‘Hands-on Therapy’ as hands are the main tools in this form of physical therapy. Manual Therapy includes techniques such as joint manipulation therapy and soft tissue manipulation physiotherapy, where special points are pressed to reduce pain.
